I attended a retreat with Denise and it was an incredible experience. My body worked quite hard (because I decided I wanted the full benefit of all the yoga classes on offer) and my mind completely relaxed. The food was an attraction on its own and I thoroughly enjoyed all the thought that had gone into every moment. It was close enough from Joburg, so no reason not to make it a regular occurrence. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I knew my body needed a time out., I was feeling a bit sluggish but wasn’t too sure where to start. The 7 day cleanse was exactly what my body, mind and soul needed! Honestly the first couple of days of eating only raw with seeds and nuts was not difficult as i enjoy picking and grazed through the days. I found the juicing really hard as by then my body was craving warm food but I pushed through. The rest was super easy. I slept deeply and felt really rested when I woke. My body has more energy and my mind is really sharp!

In class I feel supported. Held. I feel nurtured by myself, my teacher and the universe. I lead a very busy life and yoga helps me stay in touch with the infinite still source of strength within me. And I am reminded, which aspects of self I wish to cultivate and which to simply accept with kindness. Each week I get physically, mentally and spiritually little bit stronger and little bit clearer.
