LiveShanti brings the light back into your life. We focus on taking everything that we learn in our yoga classes into the world. Into your life, every day. We do this through our events, regular workshops, retreats, community projects and cleanses. These initiatives are held frequently, throughout the year, across the country and abroad.

What we do
At LiveShanti, we offer you a safe, nurturing space to reflect, connect & go within. Whether you attend our daily classes, a workshop or a weekend retreat, this is your time.
At our studio in White River Denise and Kerri teach Kundalini and Hatha classes from Monday to Friday. We are mindful that the world is made up of beautiful bodies of all colours, shapes, sizes and abilities and our teachers work with your individual needs to guide you wherever you may on your journey. In addition to group classes we offer private sessions for one on one tuition if our class schedule doesn’t match your schedule!
Our monthly workshops cover various aspects of yogic philosophy such as the chakras, the elements and breath work. We also explore ideas such as freedom, self-love, compassion and kindness. These workshops are the lifeblood of our mission which is to take your yoga off the mat, out the studio and into your life. If you are looking to live a more peaceful and less stressful life we’d love you to join us.
Someone once said that everything works better if you unplug it for a while – even you. These cleanses are intended to unplug your body from daily toxins. It is a simple programme which can be done either supported by a group at the studio or on your own with email and telephonic support from Denise. We also run 3 day cleansing weekend retreats. Having spent 8 years working in the Financial Sector in London,UK, Denise is well aware of corporate stress and how it negatively impacts working environments. To counter this we offer on-site yoga classes for employees, one day stress management workshops and weekend retreats. Contact us to see if we can help improve your working environment.

I attended a retreat with Denise and it was an incredible experience. I knew my body needed a time out., I was feeling a bit sluggish but wasn’t too sure where to start. The 7 day cleanse was exactly what my body, mind and soul needed! Honestly the first couple of days of eating only raw with seeds and nuts was not difficult as i enjoy picking and grazed through the days. I found the juicing really hard as by then my body was craving warm food but I pushed through. The rest was super easy. I slept deeply and felt really rested when I woke.
