Down here in the Southern Hemisphere today is autumn equinox combined with a very rare full moon, take advantage of this auspicious event and perform this ritual for releasing and letting go.

Create! You create your reality. You create optimal experience. Don’t shy away from challenge, that is where the magic lies. So ask yourself, what are you avoiding? And what will it take to make you find a way?
I have the best students! This bag of delicious farm fresh pranic food arrived in my kitchen from a very generous student! Thank you 🙏 The gut reset is now into week 7 and the effects have been astounding. Less hair falling out Abundant energy Digestive system working beautifully Skin is clear and smooth No pain or discomfort during menstruation Mood is stable It’s been a challenging few weeks but living with the benefits has made it totally worthwhile. I’m now at the reintroduction phase and I am amazed at how sensitive I am to what’s happening in my body. Immediately I am able to identify when a certain food reacts poorly in my body and I know not to indulge in it. The process has been challenging but I’d do it again and again and again! I am so grateful to my doctor Rav James @kahlonravital and my acupuncturist, Sanna Atherton for supporting me through this process. And to my family who have put up with interesting meals and emotional ups and downs over the past few months! It feels a little like an oscars acceptance speech but it also feels a little like winning so maybe it’s appropriate ☺️ I’ve won my health back and for that I am grateful!
